Planetary Gearbox

Definition:
Planetary gearbox is a high efficiency, low backlash, compact size gearbox with the input shaft at the middle and the output shaft attached to a round hub on which three gear heads assembled symmetrically and equally spaced 120 degrees apart on a plate which is finally engaged with a ring toothed on interior perimeter and fixed to the body of gearbox.
They are produced mostly with direct (parallel) output shaft which is in line with the input shaft, but can be ordered with right angle (perpendicular) output shaft as well, if required.
Specification:
Flange size ranges from 42mm up to 180mm, with output torque capacity of about 500N.m. maximum.
Low backlash, small size relative to common models of gearbox, high efficiency performance, capability to run at high speeds on the input shaft and low noise and vibration are of most significant advantages of this product.
